Sous chef

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Sous chef to join the team at ÄNG. During the upcoming year, ÄNG will move to a new establishment, investing in even higher levels of both overall delivery and creativity. You will play a key role in developing the experience further. Michelin star experience is preferable.

Chef de partie

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Chef de partie to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible to support the Head and Sous Chef, delivering consistently high-quality food, ordering produce, food preparations, and more. Michelin star experience is a plus. In the upcoming year ÄNG will move to a new establishment which will open up for further career possibilities.

Commis chef

ÄNG is looking for a new Commis chef, to start as soon as possible. As a Commis chef, you will assist the Chef de partie with food preparation, cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes. Michelin star experience is a plus. In the upcoming year ÄNG will move to a new establishment which will open up for further career possibilities.

ÄNG is situated at the west coast of Sweden, just outside the town Varberg. We are a destination restaurant, neighbouring the organic vinyard of Ästad Vingård, which we sometimes produce our own wines with.
